At least 12 years of experience with Information Technology with Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer and Information Science fields of study.
The candidate should possess in-depth functional and technical knowledge of SAP modules and have good understanding of the different Controls (Automated, Semi-Automated, Manual, Preventive/Detective) that need to be configured in SAP S/4 HANA systems. Candidate should have excellent documentation skills and should be able to render content in layman language.
Business process, financial reporting and IT risks, processes and controls
Key domains of IT general controls, including data privacy and IT security including change management and other ITareas
Corporate Governance and SOX Act s regulations and requirements including compliance readiness programs.
Understanding of leading control frameworks such as COSO, CoBIT etc.,
Identifying key risks and controls, controls optimization including the configuration of controls around business processes and within IT environments.
Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
Should have been part of multiple SAP Implementation projects along with at least one S/4 HANA implementation projects.

Strong Finance domain, accounting, and audit knowledge.
Use appropriate technical resources and tools to research and expand knowledge in any particular area to enhance work product, significantly contribute to business development efforts and remaining upto date on client and organization hot topics.
Control identification experience across all S/4 Finance sub-modules (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Centre Accounting etc.).
Create high quality deliverables using appropriate business and technical language, especially developing and reviewing audit programs or testing steps, adapting an audit program to suit a client s specific compliance environment.
Good understanding of the functional integration aspects with other SAP modules.
Responsible for functional documentation of solutions and transfer of knowledge within the team.
Organize and facilitate workshops. Perform end-user training and support.
Should be familiar with GRC tools like SAP GRC, Metric Stream, RSA Archer and any ticketing / project tracking tools such as Service Now, Autosys, Charm, Jira.
Drive workshops and training sessions with end users.
Excellent Planning and Co-ordination skills.
Prior experience in Project Management.

Full life cycle implementation cycle with Blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configurations, data migrations, cutovers and go- live experience
